For a brand new education/retreat center, their ability to secure such high quality instructors is really remarkable! I attended the foraging class with Sam Thayer and had a fantastic experience. It was well organized, the lunch was nutritious, locally sourced, and delicious, and the ecology of the property was perfect for a nature based class like that.
